Patient Participation Group

Are you aware that we have a new Patient Participation Group (PPG)

What is the PPG? – A group of patients joining together in a voluntary capacity to enhance the practice by working alongside the practice staff.

Can I use the PPG to make a complaint? – No, the practice has procedures for dealing with complaints and any individual complaints need to follow the practice procedure.

I have an idea that I think will improve services can I use the PPG for this? – Absolutely, this is the sort of thing the PPG was formed to deal with.

How can I get involved? – You can either become a standard member (attending monthly meetings) or a virtual member (receiving details and minutes via e-mail and also forwarding ideas this way too) so if you are interested please give your details to a receptionist or pop them into the collection box next to the PPG notice board in the waiting room at King Harold’s Way Surgery.
